James Brando is a dedicated attorney serving Northeast, PA, with a wealth of experience in various legal areas. Licensed in Pennsylvania and having practiced before the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, James has extensive experience in representing his clients in a diverse range of matters.
With a focus on civil litigation, business corporate work, commercial transactions, real estate taxes, liquor license transfers, zoning appeals, land use, commercial real estate transactions, quiet title, landlord tenant actions, social security disability, mortgage foreclosure, real estate appeals, municipal liens and more, James has represented clients in numerous practice areas.
James managed his own practice from 2014 until joining our firm, where he has successfully navigated cases before multiple courts of common pleas and federal district courts, advocating for clients in diverse areas such as land use litigation, personal injury, debt negotiation and collection, and medical malpractice.
With a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center and a background in English from Bloomsburg University, James combines legal acumen with effective communication skills to provide comprehensive legal representation to his clients.
