Judge to Rule on Release of Kassick Shooting Video

A Dauphin County judge on Tuesday, April 21, said she would consider whether to allow the release of video taken by Hummelstown police officer Lisa Mearkle's taser gun that shows the officer shot and killed David Kassick following a traffic stop on Feb. 2.
