James Brando is a dedicated attorney serving Northeast, PA, with a wealth of experience in various legal areas. Licensed in Pennsylvania and having practiced before the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, James has extensive experience in representing his clients in a diverse range of matters.
